ABOUT US
From plan to perfection: Ditching the bulk and keeping only the essentials
Who Are we?
I'm Jules, founder of Plan & Prep and a new mum to a baby boy. After more than ten years teaching Kβ6 in Australian classrooms, I know just how much teachers juggle each day. Organisation, efficiencyβand a strong coffeeβare what keep me going.
Iβve always been on the lookout for better ways to do things, from trialling new literacy strategies to finding smarter systems for staying organised. That mindset is what led me to create Plan & Prep. I wanted a planner that kept the simplicity of pen and paper but worked seamlessly alongside digital planning.
Teaching is challenging, but itβs also inspiring. Iβm grateful to be part of a community of educators who support one another, and through Plan & Prep I hope to offer that same support to youβhelping you plan smarter, stay organised, and focus on what really matters: teaching.
Our journey began with a simple idea: to redesign teacher planners so theyβre practical, beautiful, and free from the bulk.
As a teacher, I was frustrated by planners that didnβt suit the way many of us now workβbalancing digital planning with the need to write things down. Too often, bulky planners took up valuable bag space better left for lunchboxes or resources. I wanted something slimmer, lighter, and more functional, without losing that satisfying pen-and-paper feel.Thatβs how Plan & Prep was born. With thoughtful design and attention to detail, these planners are made to be trusted companionsβhelping teachers stay organised without the weight.Weβre proud to be the first streamlined teacher planners on the marketβcreated by Australian teachers, for Australian teachers.
Conscious Choices for a Better Tomorrow
At Plan & Prep, we take our responsibility to the planet seriously. By keeping our planners simple and free of unnecessary pages, weβve reduced waste in production. We also use recyclable packaging to protect your planner on its way to you.
Our 'Limited Stock' system means we only print whatβs needed, avoiding excess stock at the end of the year. These small but important choices help us minimise waste, conserve resources, and do our part for a more sustainable future.
