2. Promotions

Plan and Prep is running a special promotion where you can win a free teacher planner by tagging us on Instagram (@planandprep_teacher_planners) with a photo of your new Plan and Prep planner.

To be eligible, your Instagram account must be public at the time of entry so that Plan and Prep are notified of your entry, or, a direct message sent to Plan and Prep including a photo. By sending a photo you agree for Plan and Prep to repost to social media and our website.

Entries are open until August 30 of the current planner year, and by participating, you grant us permission to repost your image on our social media channels and website.

Winners will be selected at random and notified via direct message on Instagram in September of the same year. This promotion is subject to change or cancellation at our discretion. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Product Information

Our teacher planners are described as accurately as possible on the website. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product received differs significantly from the description, please contact us.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if a product is unavailable or delayed, and you may be given the option for a refund or exchange.

5. Payment

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and Apple/Google Pay. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment details. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers. Shipping costs are currently offered at a flat rate, however, we reserve the right to change this at any time without notice. See Shipping page for more information.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. To initiate a return and for more information, please visit our Returns Policy page. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.

We do not offer refunds for digital products or products that have been used, unless they are faulty.
